IT Engineer
- Computer Science Diploma/Degree.
- Microsoft and/or Cisco certification desirable (MCSE/CCNA/CCNP).
- Minimum of two years experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- Full driving licence essential.
Help Desk Technician
- Computer Science qualification desirable.
- Industry certification desirable.
- Excellent hardware and operating system troubleshooting skills.
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
